Council Bluffs Municipal Airport

With roughly 20,000 square yards of pavement, the Council Bluffs Municipal Airport was MFT's first project constructed without a single paving hub/stake. The apron had less than 1% fall over 400 feet that ended in a fin drain that was tied into the slab. A total station was used to place this drain in the exact location during construction in order to ensure that all rainwater would flow properly on this extremely flat apron.
